The Centre is located in Ramsdell, situated between Basingstoke and Tadley in Hampshire, UK, and is within easy reach of Newbury, Reading and Winchester. There is a very special atmosphere which makes it the perfect place for relaxing and healing .

native spirit meditation

Ok, this has been named 'native spirit meditations' by me. That's because there are a lot of different approaches to meditation from many facilitators. I listen to my own heart and follow it here, and it may not resonate with everyone, but for many it does. It is about connecting to the 'spirit' of the land and the nature of the place where you live, so wherever that may be there is a respect for the ancestors and traditions of that place. I use ceremony to 'cleanse the space' for participants to feel safe when doing their 'inner work'. Presently there is a small but regular meeting at unit 12 Viables Craft Centre, Harrow way, Basingstoke, Hampshire UK.
Terms and conditions - I allow the first session payable £5 on the evening - you then decide if you wish to continue and if you do then you have to commit to paying 4 weeks forward at the start of the next meditation evening. This is to prevent a misuse of the space. I also reserve the right to ask a person or people to leave the group if I deem it nescessary.

meet with your power animal

Your greatest ally in life resides deep within you and shows itself as an animal when you meet with it. For me this was a really astounding and life changing encounter. My power animal is,well did you have to guess - a bald eagle of course ! Once found at the heart within me I knew it's energy oh so well and now I know it has been with me all my life.
