A Healing with Sacred Drumming with Greg Cox venue at Millbrook Healing Centre

exploring the first steps to begin the journey ,drumming for healing,for ourselves,family and the world
using a ceremonial central african community drum with celtic/Native American frame drums (they are provided)
creating and holding a sacred space (if you have an allergy to herbal smoke, this is not for you)
some ceremony is involved but it is not scary if you have never been part of these events before.
In this workshop we will ask -

What is the drums role in our modern society?
Why sacred?
How to use the drum in sacred ceremony for the exploration of your inner self.
How to get connected to Earth,Fire,air,water and spirit.
How to create your own sacred rhythms

Then we will participate in ceremony (please read the notes. This is important to do before you book)

Please note before booking you are being asked to approach this workshop with an open mind and heart. You will

have to work with the group and be willing to support and be supported . There is a very powerful healing process

that takes place here. In the days leading up to this workshop I am asking everyone to seriously consider just 2 but

pivitol questions. 1) What is it you want to clear fully and leave behind in your life. 2) Given that the old stuff will release

you, what is it you now wish to invite in. Please read this before booking

drums available or bring your own

This is a repeat of the workshop that took place earlier in the year but is now an hour longer as the former felt a bit rushed. At this point it is very important for those wishing to attend realise that it is more than just a drumming circle in a tipi. It involves ceremony within a circle and sacred space and is about you and everyones healing. I am not asking anybody to reveal all the pain that they have ever experienced in front of others. But I ask for everyones support for each other, as very powerful shamanic healing ceremony is used along with the awesome drum. There will be time for circle drumming also . . I ask that you now get two sheets(or more if you wish) of A4 paper and on one write down everything you wish to really release from your WHOLE being that has caused pain in some way to you. NO ONE else will see this on the day. So go ahead and putdown everything you want GONE from your past so that you will be TOTALY free of it FOREVER.. Put all your energy into it. Don't do it while watching the tv. Set aside time to get it all out. Use colours, glue on pictures and fabrics and be as creative as you can. Roll it all up and tie a bow around it. All of it will be offered to the spirit of fire at the workshop.
With all of the release of the old and unwanted we now must fill the vacumn with good and nourishing incoming energy of your future intent. So go ahead and write down all that you ask for to manifest for you once you new horizon(s) is viewed in your thoughts and dreams. Be honest and humble. Keep it real with your healing in mind as a priority. Again spend time and energy on this . Add pictures or drawings if you like. Mother Earth will nuture ALL of this for you as you bury it at the heart of the labyinth in Millbrook.
GREAT now with all this KNOW now why this is a SACRED drumming ceremony that awaits you, please come with an open heart and mind. It could be of immense importance to your wellbeing. Do not under estimate the power of this workshop. All that is left is to say if you wish to participate let me know as soon as you can as places are limited.
